NABRU MEDIA ("we," "us," "our") provides video editing services for YouTube long-form content, short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), and custom video projects. By submitting the contact form, placing an order, or making a payment through this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.
We offer video editing packages, including but not limited to:
Exact current pricing is shown on the order page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for future orders at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid for.
When you check out, you agree to provide accurate project details (video type, length, number of videos, and contact email) and, where relevant, to deliver raw footage or source material promptly so we can begin work. Turnaround times quoted on the Site are estimates and begin once we have received all necessary materials from you, not from the moment of payment.
Each package includes a limited number of revision rounds, as listed on the order page. Additional revisions beyond that limit may be billed separately at [your rate, e.g. $X/hour].
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. Full payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing for custom orders.
Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of the raw footage and source material you provide. Once a project is paid in full and delivered, ownership of the final edited video transfers to you. Until then, draft edits remain our property and may not be published or distributed.
We may request permission to feature completed projects in our portfolio. You can decline this at any time by telling us in the contact form or by email.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any footage, music, images, or other material you provide to us for editing. We are not liable for copyright claims arising from material you supply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NABRU MEDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue, lost views, or platform demonetization. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
