Refund Policy

1. Before work begins

If you cancel before we've started editing your project, you're entitled to a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after accepting the quote.

2. Work in progress

If you cancel after editing has started but before delivery, we will refund the portion of your payment corresponding to work not yet completed, at our reasonable assessment. For long-form projects priced per minute, this is calculated based on the percentage of the timeline that has been edited.

3. After delivery

Once a final video has been delivered, payment is non-refundable, except where the delivered work does not match the brief you provided and we are unable to fix it through the included revision rounds (see our Terms of Service). In that case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution, additional revisions, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and OUG 34/2014, if you are a consumer contracting from an EU member state, you normally have 14 days from the date you accept a quote to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

For our services, this right works a little differently than it does for physical goods. Because editing typically begins shortly after payment, before work starts you will be asked to confirm in writing that you want us to begin immediately and that you understand the following: if we fully complete and deliver your video before the 14-day period ends, you lose the right of withdrawal for that order, in line with Article 16(a) of the Directive. If you withdraw before the video is fully delivered, you remain entitled to a refund, minus the amount that reasonably corresponds to the work already completed, calculated as described in Section 2 above.

5. Custom orders

Refund terms for custom-quoted projects are agreed individually in writing (email or the contact form) before payment, and those terms take precedence over this general policy.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Non-refundable circumstances

• Change of mind after final delivery, where the delivered video matches the agreed brief and the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies under Section 4.
• Delays caused by late or incomplete footage or materials from your side.
• Platform-related outcomes, such as views, engagement, or monetization, after publishing; we control the edit, not how it performs once published.

8. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the contact form or at gheorghisor_cristian@yahoo.com, including your order details and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 2 business days.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your refund request, you can file a complaint with Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through the reclamatiisal.anpc.ro platform, or, if you're a consumer based in another EU country, through the European Commission's Consumer Redress in the EU portal, which lists the alternative dispute resolution body for your country.
